EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We provide all the information so you can choose the correct Insecta according to your size and do not need to exchange it. Even so, if you need to, we accept the product back, as per the following requirements:

• You can request an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date on your receipt, only if the shoe is not worn, with the sole and upper completely untouched. Only non-washed, unworn and odor-free products will be accepted;

• If your product is damaged or defective, you can request an exchange, considering a 90 calendar days counted from the date on your receipt, only if the shoe is not worn, with the sole and upper completely untouched. Only non-washed, unworn and odor-free products will be accepted;

• If you registered the wrong address, couldn't change it in time and the package returns to our address, the shipping fee of the second shipment will be charged.

• The purchases made in the online store can only be exchanged online. We don't accept exchanges at our stores.

• The shipping, if paid on the purchase, will not be refunded.

• Standard worldwide shipping at Insecta is always free, so in case of exchanges and returns, we kindly ask you to pay for the return/exchange shipment addressed to our distribution center in the United States.

• If your product is damaged or defective, the shoe will be exchanged within 90 calendar days from the date of your receipt, as provided in articles 18 and 26 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

  • Ensure that the shoe was not worn, and the sole and upper are completely untouched

If our team identifies that the returned product does not meet the criteria for exchange or return mentioned above, Insecta is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Insecta can then resend the product to the client, without previous consultation, accompanied by the justification of the reason for the refusal.

Prior to the exchange, the item needs to arrive at Insecta, where it will undergo a quality process that can take up to 3 business days to complete. After that, the exchange procedure will continue.

RETURN POLICY  -

Even so, if you need to, we accept returns, as per the following requirements: we will accept the product back within 30 calendar days from the date of your receipt, and only if the shoe is unworn, with the sole and upper completely untouched, as forecast of art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, combined with Decree Law 7692/2013. The refund process is done for free, with no freight cost for you. The refund will be made via Paypal. If you have already received your product and want to make a return, please click here and fill out the form. As soon as we receive your responses we will contact you to arrange a return.

SHIPPING COSTS 

At Insecta, standard shipping is free and available worldwide. We ship everything from Brazil. If you need an exchange or return, the shipping, if paid on the purchase will not be refunded. The returns and exchanges will be sent to our distribution center in the United States, so we kindly ask you to pay for this shipment.
